Nar Phu village is located in the popular Annapurna Region. Nar Phu Valley Trekking is one of none tourist Trekking area of Nepal. For this trek we need special permit from Nepal government. The route is peppered with undisturbed religious sites and villages of Tibetan heritage which embody long established traditions of yak herding, trading and harvesting indigenous herbs for medicine. The Kang La Pass (5315m) is a particular highlight where trekkers will be able to spot a myriad of peak included Annapurna II (7937m), Gangapura (7455m) and Tilicho Peak (7134m). This trek is relatively challenging but rewarding – particularly for those with a keen interest in remote communities and their traditional ways of life.

Trails to Nar Phu Valley is remote spiralling off from the popular Annapurna circuit, largely untouched by the modern world and mass tourism and often referred to as ‘the hidden valley trek’. The route is peppered with undisturbed religious sites and villages of Tibetan heritage which embody long established traditions of yak herding, trading and harvesting indigenous herbs for medicine. Day 1: Drive Kathmandu – Besisahar (820m), 7 hrs.  & Chamje (1470m) 2 hrs

Day 2: Chamje (1470m) – Dharapani (2113m), 7 hrs

Day 3: Dharapani (2113m) – Chame (2620m), 7 hrs

Day 4: Chame (2620m) – Meta (3230m), 7 hrs

Day 5: Meta (3230m) – Phu Village (4050m), 7 hrs

Day 6: Exploration day - Phu village and excursion the Himlung base camp.

Day 7: Phu Village (4050m) – Nar Phedi (3820m), 6 hrs

Day 8: Nar Phedi (3820m) – Nar Village (4150m), 4 hrs

Day 9: Explore Nar Village and Gompa Monasteries

Day 10: Nar Village (4150m) – Ngawal via Kang La Pass (5,130m)

Day 11: Ngawal – Chame (2620m)

Day 12: Drive Chame – Besisahar, 5 hrs. Drive Besisahar to Kathmandu, 6 hrs.
